Orders placed before 12pm JMT ship the same day. Delivery within Jamaica typically takes 1–3 business days. Kingston, Saint Andrew, and Saint Catherine are usually next-day. Rural parishes can take a little longer during the rainy season.

Yes — we ship to the US, Canada, UK, and across the Caribbean. International transit is 5–10 business days. Customers are responsible for any customs duties or import taxes that may apply in their destination country.

Yes. Every batch is tested by an independent ISO-accredited lab for heavy metals (lead, arsenic, mercury, cadmium), microbial contamination (yeast, mould, E. coli, Salmonella), and active constituents where applicable (e.g. curcumin content in our turmeric tinctures). Certificates of Analysis are available on request — just email hello@infiniteherbs.example with the batch code from your label.

About 90% of our ingredients are wildcrafted or grown in Jamaica by our partner network of 14 family farms — from Portland in the east to Saint Elizabeth in the west. The remaining 10% (notably ashwagandha) is sourced from carefully vetted regenerative partners in Sri Lanka and India.

Unopened products may be returned for a full refund within 30 days of delivery. Opened products are not eligible for return for hygiene reasons, but we'll always replace a defective item or one damaged in transit — just send a photo to hello@infiniteherbs.example within 7 days of delivery.

Each product page lists our suggested-use guidance. As a general rule, start with the lowest dose for the first week and increase gradually. If you are pregnant, breastfeeding, taking prescription medication, or managing a chronic condition, please consult your physician or herbalist before adding any new supplement.

All our powders, tinctures, and teas are vegan, gluten-free, and free of common allergens. Our Blue Mountain Ginger Shot contains honey (so it is not vegan). All capsule shells are plant-based (vegetable cellulose).

We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, PayPal, Apple Pay, and Google Pay. All transactions are processed securely via our payment provider — we never store your card number on our servers.

Powders, capsules, and teas: keep tightly sealed, in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight. Tinctures: store at room temperature, away from light. Sea moss gel: refrigerate after opening, best consumed within 21 days.
